Everyone loves a company when things go well; however, the true measure of hospitality and customer service reveals itself when things don't go as expected. My group of 4 used DC for airport transfers and taxi service. DC and Alex were available, responsive and understanding. They took good care of us and we highly recommend them.

We’re from Dallas. Alex is great and accommodating! We stayed on isla mujeres and he made getting there from the mainland on Cancun airport to the island super easy. Decided to keep doing business with him and he also booked us on snorkeling and accommodated me with special goggles since I wear prescription glasses. I’m also going to have him book us for Chichén Itzá in the next two days. I cannot recommend DC Explorer enough! He can also get you golf carts. Safe and easy!

We booked the Fast Pass transportation from Cancun to our rental home on Isla de Mujeres. This involved van, boat, and taxi transportation for 11.Our flight was delayed 2 hours, and immigration and customs took a long time. It was almost 9pm by the time our phones got service. The driver was immediately in contact with me, directing me where to find him. He was waiting (and had been) with an air conditioned van to take us to the boat dock. Because our flight was so late, the dock had practically closed but there were still people waiting from DC Explorers to take us over to the island. The crew on the boat quickly added our luggage and helped everyone onto the boat (we had some older and younger family members with us). The trip was smooth and when we arrived on the island, someone was waiting at the dock as well. Taxis were there within minutes and knew exactly where we were headed. They were friendly and knowledgeable along the way.Return trip was great although we were informed first thing in the morning on our departure date that the harbor was closed due to high winds. DC arranged our Ultramar ferry tickets and delivered them to us at the terminal. Van driver was waiting on the other side to take us to the airport. Overall a fantastic experience that was really well coordinated and communicated by Julia and her boss at DC. We also booked DC for a snorkel cruise which was fantastic.

DC Explorer helped coordinate all of the transportation for our most recent trip to Isla Mujeres. They arranged all of the round trip transportation for our group. They arranged private tranportation from the Canun Airport to the private water taxi that took across to the island. Once on the island, there were taxis waiting to take us to our VRBO house. DC Explorer also arranged for the rental and deliver of 2 golf carts to our home for the week. Julia was great to work with and answered all of our questions throughout the week and prior to our arrival.

We did a fishing tour with DC Explorer and it was great! Never a guarantee to catch fish but we got barracuda, mahi mahi and amberjack. We had a blast with Captain Willy and Juan and beyond the fishing we had amazing views of the water around the island. In addition to the fishing tour we booked our airport transfer and golf cart through DC Explorer and everything was handled perfectly and went very smoothly. I would highly recommend!

We used DC Explorer for our round trip transportation from the Cancun airport to the Isla Mujeres terminal and they were fantastic. They responded immediately to my text upon arrival and we had zero issues finding them. We also rented our golf carts for the week on Isla from them as well and again they communicated promptly with us and got us taken care of. You can depend on their service for sure.

This company has been fantastic to work with, they took the stress out of our travel. We hired DC Explorer for private airport and boat transfer from Cancun to Isla Mujeres, they arranged for our golf cart to be waiting for us at the marina, and then they provided our return shuttle. They were very communicative and made everything easy for us. Even when our plans changed and we needed the van to come earlier they made it happen. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I go to Isla a couple times a year, and I trust DC Explorer for all my airport pick ups and golf cart rentals. Great customer service, and reliable. 5 stars!!! See you all again soon!

First time staying on isla mujeres with our 3 young kids. Such a great company to work with. They arranged pick up from airport, private boat over to isla mujeres, and golf cart rental. Will definitely use them again!

We used DC Explorer to pick us up at the airport and transport us to Isla Mujeres to the house we were staying in. We were picked up in a brand new shuttle van and had a private transport to the Ferry to Isla. Included in our price was the round trip ferry, pick up at airport, taxi to the house, transport back to the ferry and taxi back to the airport. Our trip was seamless and everyone was very courteous and helpful. We were meeting others and my numerous emails were answered within minutes. Thanks again for a great trip hope to see you soon.
