Fantastic experience snorkeling with our family of 5. They accommodated a private experience and even setup a golf cart rental on the island of Isla Mujeres. Luis was a fantastic guide. We will be back next summer to do the whale shark excursion.

One of the things I TRULY appreciated about DC Explorers was their prompt response to every question and change I made. I booked private boat transportation to and from Isla Mujeres, a private snorkel tour, and a 6-passenger golf cart through them. We arrived late on Saturday evening and the Harbor Master had closed private boat use due to winds. They rerouted us to the ferry, which wasn't as bad as I thought (probably because of the late hour), and then had cars waiting for us on the island to take us to our VRBO. Our snorkel trip was so fun and relaxing, Noah and George were great! They provided us with the best golf cart. It was well-kept and was super fast (compared to so many others). The return home was 6:30am pick up time at our dock, which were they early, and eagerly assisted us with our luggage. Such a GREAT company and will do business with them when we return. One of the BEST trips our family has ever been on.

We’re from Dallas. Alex is great and accommodating! We stayed on isla mujeres and he made getting there from the mainland on Cancun airport to the island super easy. Decided to keep doing business with him and he also booked us on snorkeling and accommodated me with special goggles since I wear prescription glasses. I’m also going to have him book us for Chichén Itzá in the next two days. I cannot recommend DC Explorer enough! He can also get you golf carts. Safe and easy!

We just visited Isla for the first time. Our VRBO owner recommended DC over all companies for golf cart rentals. I cannot say enough about this company! PHENOMENAL! We rented a cart for 10 days. They came to our house to fill our gas tank. They helped us when we broke down in town and immediately replaced the cart within minutes! Unfortunately someone crashed into our cart while we were at a beach club in Playa Norte and they were there within MINUTES talking with the responsibles. Again, replaced our cart, no questions asked and we were on our way and enjoying our time! Alex & crew are truly the best on the island! We will be back next year and they are our go-to cart rental! I also hope to utilize them for excursions next trip! Thank you Alex & DC for being the BEST on Isla! :)

DC Explorer helped coordinate all of the transportation for our most recent trip to Isla Mujeres. They arranged all of the round trip transportation for our group. They arranged private tranportation from the Canun Airport to the private water taxi that took across to the island. Once on the island, there were taxis waiting to take us to our VRBO house. DC Explorer also arranged for the rental and deliver of 2 golf carts to our home for the week. Julia was great to work with and answered all of our questions throughout the week and prior to our arrival.

We did a fishing tour with DC Explorer and it was great! Never a guarantee to catch fish but we got barracuda, mahi mahi and amberjack. We had a blast with Captain Willy and Juan and beyond the fishing we had amazing views of the water around the island. In addition to the fishing tour we booked our airport transfer and golf cart through DC Explorer and everything was handled perfectly and went very smoothly. I would highly recommend!

We used DC Explorer for our round trip transportation from the Cancun airport to the Isla Mujeres terminal and they were fantastic. They responded immediately to my text upon arrival and we had zero issues finding them. We also rented our golf carts for the week on Isla from them as well and again they communicated promptly with us and got us taken care of. You can depend on their service for sure.
